can I say about the staff at your Queen St. location
but WOW! I looked everywhere yesterday at Moores,
Tip Top, you name it no one could help me with
finding a suit to fit my husband. So I went home
and got on the net and found your store. I called
and spoke to David Hughes and told him that we
would be down later in the evening. He said great,
I called my husband at work and told him and he
was very unsure that they could help. Since the
last jacket he got had to be made for him. We
walked in to the store David introduced himself
and said well let's get started. My husband said
if you think you can find me something. Needless
to say everything my husband Steve put on was
just about a Perfect fit, so unusual for him.
I've never seen him not bitch about trying on
clothes as he did last night. He walked out of
the store very happy and so was I. David was very
quick and helpful, especially under the circumstances.
We are now never going to go shopping anywhere
else for Steve other then BROWN'S. He talked about
the experience all the way home and that's enough
to sell me!

just wanted to take a moment to say thank you
for the wonderful purchase experience and service
I received. I have purchased 3 Suits elsewhere
prior to this ,none of which ever really fit right
even after being tailored.
When
I explained this to Stella Quattro your sales
representative she said acknowledged it as height
problem myself being 5'4". She took great care
of me and the follow-up after the purchase was
wonderful. She is a gem and you would do wise
to keep her as she is a customer draw. I was most
pleased with the suit and your tailor said it
was as near perfect a fit as he had ever seen.
